Clarcias has a '60 Day Money Back Guarantee' policy which guarantees money back within 60 days of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Order cancellations and refunds are only issued if there is a fault with the order, you did not receive the order, and/or your order arrived not as described or shown in product photos. While in transit, order cannot be cancelled. We do not accept a change of mind as a refund reason and this will be denied. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of mishaps. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow between 10-35 business for the arrival of order. The guarantee will only be activated assuming the 35 business day period has passed. Furthermore, an investigation will be launched to confirm the fault(s) with the order(s).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Disputes
Customer agrees to contact Clarcias prior to raising a dispute to solve any issues. Customer agrees to wait for a maximum period of 35 business days from the date of order before raising a dispute to allow sufficient timing for order arrival. 

Investigations
Clarcias will launch an investigation into any order that was claimed not delivered by a customer after a substantial amount of time has passed from the order date. Investigations can be costly and time consuming. However, if dishonesty or extortion is used by the customer, legal action and fees may apply. We urge your honesty and cooperation in such an extreme situation.
